Remembering our Wholeness

Welcome

I’m Rachael, and I serve the beautiful weirdos of the world.

The truth seekers, the quirkies, the wounded rebels, the queers. The neurodivergent folks that see through the bullshit and name what is true.

The ones who are ready to dismantle our society’s oppressive systems, and let what is familiar crumble.

The folks who are seeking radical alternative ways to heal our interpersonal, systemic, and spiritual trauma, so that we can be whole again - individually and collectively.

As a somatic trauma therapist & shamanic practitioner, I traverse seemingly disparate worlds.

Some days I am at Naropa University, leading the clinical supervision of the Somatic Psychotherapy program. Some days I am walking the indigenous lands of Cheyenne and Ute, communing with the ancestors and spirits, guiding others to do the same.

Yes, I am a queer, autistic, shapeshifting, edgewalking ‘wierdo’, here to embody the truth that we are inseparable - from our bodies, our ancestry, our divinity, Mama Earth, and each other. It is by re-membering our wholeness that we heal as a human race.

Soul Embodied Conversations

An experiential podcast that contemplates how to connect across differences in an embodied way. We invite you to feel, move your body, engage and be inspired.

I stand at the intersection between soma, psyche, spirit, and social justice.

As inseparable as body, mind and spirit are, the realms of psychotherapy and spiritual healing often work independent of the other.

Spiritual communities are rife with those that aren't integrated into social justice, into queerness, into race, who aren't accepting or know how to hold space for the difficulties that people have in certain bodies within our social systems.

By weaving together somatic therapy, trauma work, and spiritual healing, I am committed to supporting all bodies find embodied freedom, and walk their Soul’s path.
