Mentorships for Therapists & Healing Practitioners

for practitioners & those seeking
LPC & BC-DMT CLINICAL SUPERVISION

The more deeply rooted we are in our selves, the more rooted we are in our work in the world.

To be a helping professional, is to be human within a paradigm of expectation that we know the way. But there is no one way. No one way to be a therapist, no one way to be in relationship, no one way to be in a human body.

The reality is times are wild, people are suffering, and no one knows what the fuck we’re doing. So what happens when we inevitably cause hurt or even harm across difference? What happens when we get triggered in session? How do we use both our humanness and our professional roles in the world?

I blend supervision, EMDR and shamanic work to support helping professionals truly take their seat.

In my role as a clinical instructor lead at Naropa University, I’ve supported hundreds of somatic psychotherapy graduates take their seat amidst the complexities in our communities, in our own histories, and in the oppressive systems that surround us.

I care about the clinical, psychological, and spiritual aspects of being a helping professional in today’s world, because what we need is people who can stay in embodied authentic relationship across the complex differences we face.

I invite you to bring what’s most alive, what’s getting in your way, what’s keeping you up at night. Together, we will weave a path that honors your humanness, the complexities of our world, and your sacred call to be of service during these times.

Equitable Pricing Model

I believe that mental and spiritual health is every human’s right. I recognise that the ‘market rate’ disproportionately impacts folks who face financial hardship, racism, sexism, ableism, etc. I use an equitable pricing model as a tool for economic and social justice, while supporting the sustainability of my own practice.

Pay it Forward

Individual Session (1h)

$200

half-day retreat (3-5h)

$600+

This supports the redistribution of resources to those that need it.

Pay in Full

Individual Session (1h)

$150*

half-day retreat (3-5h)

$450+

*This is the current market rate for therapy in Boulder County.

Pay Less

Individual Session (1h)

$100

half-day retreat (3-5h)

$300+

This reduced rate supports those with limited financial resources.

See below for guidance on which rate is the best fit for you.
