How Do We Stay Relational Amidst Massive Destabilization?

Can we stay in contact with self & other during destabilizing times? Making space for an imperfect process…

In this episode, Rachael and Tajah discuss ways to stay present, embodied and relational with others in this intensely unstable moment in the United States.

  • How can we stay relational with others in this political climate without losing each others' humanity? If we lose sight of the humanity of the other person and/or ourselves, aren’t we further perpetuating individualistic, capitalist ideologies?

  • How can we root into the present moment to hold ourselves with whatever is present? Perhaps in a way that gives us access to stay relational, and perhaps in a way that gives us full permission to collapse, grieve and rage.

  • In this moment of destabilization, that asks all of us to step up our skills of being in community and in embodied relationships - with self AND others... How can we find a way through that gets to be messy, non-linear and imperfect?
